Registrar web based satisfaction survey
Nominet are committed to providing all customers with the highest levels of service. To help us achieve this, on Tuesday 28 August we are launching a short web based satisfaction survey to registrars to measure the level of satisfaction in the support services that we offer.
By identifying any shortfalls between your expectations and our performance, we can concentrate on areas for improvement. Ultimately, your responses can influence future direction and policy at Nominet.
The survey is being carried out by an independent market research company called The Leadership Factor, on our behalf, with the findings being published once the research and analysis is complete.
